H.E.I.S.T. is an acronym for Highly Effective Interview Skills Training

H.E.I.S.T. (Highly Effective Interview Skills Training) is one of the coolest companies we have bad the pleasure to work with. H.E.I.S.T offers interview skills training for law enforcement officials that want to conduct interviews with suspects in a new way, known as the P.E.A.C.E. model.

This new approach has been in use in some European countries for some time and is now finding it’s way over to North America. H.E.I.S.T. is one of the first companies in North America to offer this training.

Tomorrow will mark a day that all sports fan’s in Sudbury will never forget. Tomorrow is the launch of 10MinuteMajor.com, a new sports talk show for right here in Sudbury.

The team behind the new sports show is Your Media Productions, a marketing and video production company here in Sudbury.

Symboticware Launches V3 Website

Symboticware Incorporated has just launched the third version of their website. This is the third version in only two years and shows how important Symboticware’s web presence is to them.

Symboticware is a mining automation and environmental monitoring company. Their open systems platform, called the SymBot™, has been deployed all over the country, as far north as Baffin Island, and is used all over Sudbury’s mining community.

Their new website is quite feature rich. Their homepage presents you with a beautiful rotating image banner, that does not require flash, and thus will work on both the iPhone and iPad. The website has fully news and blogging capabilities, all powered by WordPress, and allows for commenting and moderation on a multi-user level.

The website search is powered by none other than Google Custom Search, and is indexing their website on an hourly basis. For visual effects, check out their projects page, which has a unique accordion style section, that allows you to easily switch between different projects.

Today Sudbury now has a new full high definition video producer. Your Media Productions has now opened their doors, and brings with them the experience and expertise of Mike St. Pierre, a business strategist, and Cliff Skelliter, a ten year veteran of video production coming over from the CTV.

Your Media produces high definition video content for corporate images, professional training videos, Internet videos, and safety videos. All videos are produced in full high definition 1080p quality, and are rendered for their appropriate use on either DVD, Blu-Ray, or the Internet.

Xray Sierra has been very happy to work with this company, and their focus on video opens up great new possibilities for Xray Sierra and all businesses in the Greater Sudbury area.
