the History of Xray Sierra
Xray Sierra was founded in early 2007 by Chris Blackwell. Since Chris was in middle school he has had a fascination with the web. Chris started developing websites for companies in 1999 when he was just a teenager.
All of us where continually frustrated with the hosting offers available. We knew there were a lot of cheap hosts out there offering very questionable service. Other companies asking you to pay a premium, really didn’t provide the premium service. Chris brought Jeff Caldwell onboard the company in 2010 as a hosting specialist.
The goal was to create a hosting company that was made for the needs of today’s web developers. This meant the simple things had to be taken care of like automatic daily backups, true 24/7 phone support, the latest programming languages preinstalled, and more.
